The T-D website seems to have undergone yet another redesign, and it looks better. And yet, where's the beef?
Whereas they settled for the easy, superficial story -- City employees wasting time surfing the net -- they missed the underlining story which channel 6 did an excellent job of covering. The print shop has to outsource a lot of the work, so they're seldom the lowest bidder for a job. So, with all the work going to outside companies, what's left for them to do? You can only organize the supply closet so many times.
So, WTVR - yeah! T-D - boo!
